Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original NeroGiardini packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of outdoor wear.

  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
